Do I Have To Pay A Sign Up Or Membership Fee?
Go Produce does not charge a sign up or membership fee. Ordering is quick and easy with Go Produce. Simply choose a bag, enter your delivery information, pay for your order, and enjoy the benefits of freshly picked produce.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is free. Go Produce prides itself on high quality customer service, customer convenience and customer satisfaction.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders are processed two days prior to the designated date of delivery. Customers can cancel their order any time up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date assigned to their delivery location. Please refer to our Delivery Days and Areas to view when your order is due.
When Will I Be Charged For My Order?
Your order will be processed 48 hours before your scheduled day of delivery. On the given day, your order of fresh produce will be handpicked, packed, and delivered to the delivery location of your choice.
Where Does Go Produce Deliver?
Go Produce delivers handpicked farm fresh produce daily to different regions of Windsor-Essex County, including Windsor, Lakeshore, LaSalle, Tecumseh, Leamington, Kingsville, Amherstburg, Harrow, Essex, Cottam and Comber. Each area has a designated day for delivery each week, allowing the produce delivery to be sustainable for the environment and the surrounding communities.
When Does Go Produce Deliver To My Area?
In order to serve our growing health-conscious community, Go Produce has designated a weekly delivery date for each individual region in Windsor-Essex County. See our Delivery Areas and Days for more information.
How Will I Be Notified That My Delivery Is On Its Way?
Go Produce’s delivery notification system will send customers an email when their order is en route, along with a confirmation once the bag has been delivered.
What Do I Do With My Used Bag?
In order to remain socially responsible, we ask that customers leave out their used bags for pickup the following week. Customers that forget to do so will be charged a $5 replacement fee.
What Happens If I Forget To Leave Out My Bag?
It is important that customers remember to leave out their bags for pickup. In the event that a customer is unable to return their bag the following week, a $5 fee will apply.
What If I Forget To Fill Out The Contents Of My Custom Order?
As part of our custom bag service, we will send you a premade bag if you forget to fill out the contents. Order and delivery information can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the designated day assigned to your delivery address.
What If I Am Not Present During The Time Of Delivery?
You do not have to be home to accept delivery. We use insulated totes and ice packs to ensure your produce items stay fresh until you get home.
