Ensure that your order is correct. Please review your confirmation email after submitting your order. Go Produce, Inc. retains the right to add appropriate deposits to maintain product quality. Go Produce, Inc. strives to ensure that your confirmation email is accurate. However, your printed receipt represents the final bill. You will be charged for your order the day before your scheduled delivery date. Keep your payment info up to date to ensure prompt payment, and notify us of any changes to your banking/credit card info. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account or send it to a collections agency in the event of problems with payment.
We try our best to ensure the produce and products we include in your bag are of excellent quality. You have seven days from the day of your scheduled delivery to report any spoiled or missing items. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We will notify you if there are any changes to the bag price or to the delivery service well in advance of such changes.
You can cancel your bag delivery service at any time as long as you let us know by the order change deadline (generally at 11:59 p.m., two days before your scheduled delivery day).
Delivery Service Hold:
You can skip any given bag delivery as long as you let us know at 11:59 p.m. two days before your next scheduled delivery date.
Adding to your order:
You may add additional items to your bag order until your order change deadline (generally at 11:59 p.m., two days before your scheduled delivery day).
Custom Bag Selection:
You may choose items to include in your bag order until your order change deadline (generally at 11:59 p.m., two days before your scheduled delivery day). If on a weekly or bi-weekly service and no items were selected, Go Produce, Inc. will send a premade bag of equal size on your scheduled delivery day.
Always wash all produce before use. The type or source of produce included in your bag may sometimes differ from the expected contents due to the perishable nature of produce. If you have made a custom order, we will substitute a product of equal value for any unavailable items. For any given item, we prioritize southern Ontario produce but may include items sourced from outside southern Ontario to ensure variety and quality.
We make every effort to finish our deliveries by 9:00 p.m. the day of delivery. Where that is not possible due to traffic, weather or other circumstances, we will deliver your bag the next day. In case of delivery delay, you may cancel your bag for that week and we will refund you the requisite amount. We reserve the right to cancel (with a full refund) or delay deliveries with notice due to inclement weather. We also reserve the right to cancel any future deliveries and refund any remaining paid amounts for any reason including discontinuation of a delivery route.
Bag Non-Return Charge:
We re-use the bags to keep costs down and to keep the planet up. Non-returned Go Produce Inc. bags incur a fee of $5.00 if bag is not put out on your following scheduled delivery day. Go Produce, Inc. will pick up your remaining bags should you wish to discontinue your service. A $5.00 charge will apply for all delivery bags that are not returned to Go Produce, Inc. subsequent the discontinuance of service. All bags and icepacks are the property of Go Produce, Inc. and must be returned in their original condition. If not, your account will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse to pick up bags which are soiled or contaminated or contain any materials we deem could be hazardous to our employees or to other customers.
